Experience/Background

Fitness has always been a part of Adam's life. From an early age to current day, Adam has trained, and succeeded, in various sports such as Hockey - playing 3 years in the SJHL - and he's currently competing in the world of MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) where he has a record of 1-0. Adam trains in Muay Thai kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Boxing, & Wrestling. He also trains in Olympic weight lifting, & bodybuilding. Adam spent 2 years at the University of Saskatchewan, and then moved to Calgary where he received his certification in Personal Training at Mount Royal College. He has just receiving his coaching certification in Olympic lifting, and is currently working towards a certification in nutrition. Adam is well known for his highly energetic, motivational, intense, and results-driven cross-fit style workouts.

Adam provides a fun, and very motivational hour of power where he is 100% focused on you during your session. Laughter is usually in the air throughout the workouts, if you’re not having fun and enjoying yourself, then you won’t get the results you're after.
